Just curious, I see the new card. I know there is no way everyone can be booked. I was wondering where would we post Character Dev. Board. It will keep people who are waiting on the next card to post something.. Just curious because I fear people will get bored and leave.. bc they have too wait..

You're free to post a character development RP in the Promo board, just label it as such if you don't wish for it to count for your match (if you're booked). The promo board is all purpose and while yes it is there to write for your matches when booked that isn't the only use it has.

or just add (NC) to the title meaning non-competitive...
