Of course she could have been butthurt about what had happened, but that simply was not her style. In the beginning of her career she was dealing with business exactly that way. It was refreshing to see that it seemed still one way to send a message. On further notice, message delivered. They both were here for the same reason, so nothing to be sorry about. [past main event unstoppable II]

She was furious. Somehow the reaction always was the same, no matter when. She tried her best to suck it up, but coming off short was bullshit. Yeah people that is the truth, no one liked to lose. No matter if it was for ta higher purpose or not, damn it. When she finally made her way backstage that feeling had not settled, she was not quite over it. Kat and herself had some sort of friendship going on outside the ring, away from all the cameras. But that all seemed lightly odd now, nothing she could concentrate on currently. Walking through the curtain which did lead to the backstage area, it was easy to spot Robert Fields. Yeah he was a small man, but he also was some sort of a loud person. While she had the wish to just make it to her room, he seemed to have a different idea. It was time to put on the Pokerface, for one more time tonight. Seeing him walking into her direction, her hand wandered back to her head.

Robert Fields: ''Excuse me Shawna, you have a few seconds for us... .''

Despite her normal friendly self she was looking at him not all too pleased, fighting the urge to just walk on. Closing her eyes a moment while taking a deep breath, she remained standing still.

Shawna Martinez: ''What is it Bob?''

Robert Fields: ''We have just seen an amazing Main Event, where you unfortunatley came off short. But more important the vicious attack by Kat... .''

That was as much as she was able to take. A little cough escaped her before she was able to answer.

Shawna Martinez: ''Vicious? You know what Robert, there was nothing vicious about this attack. It was a child's act, marking your so called territory. But you know what, well done. A round of applause. I do have to realize that this was never about being fair with each other, well i am fine with that too. I do not blame anyone for being attacked tonight, no one but myself. But on other news, never again. So sorry to say, but f*ck this. I am out of here.''

Not giving the Interviewer any chance for a verbal response, she started to walk off. This had nothing to do with hurt egos or anything like that, she just was annoyed with herself. It was the mistake of a rookie, which was far from the truth. She had been living, breathing and bleeding this business. And now allowed the one golden rule to be broken, DTA. Don't trust anybody. Playing dirty was nothing new to her, although she would have hoped that this time was over. When in reality she only did start a new chapter.

Two days. 48 Hours. Or in other words, just enough time. It was necessary to let it sink, to move onto to the more important subject. Unstoppable. Again. But this time it could not have been any more akward. Tag Match with the one person that managed to stab her in the back, only a few days ago. It was still lame in her book, but it did not matter all that much in the end. They were here to be professional's in a circus full freaks. The names were Marie Porter and Aquila Vox. Not that anyone had ever heard of them, but that was not where it became tricky. It more was about their opponents, Kat Jones and Shawna Martinez. If this would have been booked weeks ago, all could have been peachy. But now? After such letdown? Nothing was really easy. But then again things worth having, did never come easy or for free.

The scene opened with Shawna spotted at some unknown location. It did not seem like a very friendly place, only little light putting the spot on the young blonde. There was hardly any make up on her face, adding to the overall atmosphere. When she opened her mouth, something seemed off about her voice. Deeper than usually. Strange.

Shawna Martinez: ''First of all, no I did not die. Just cause someone lays low for a few days, does not mean you have to go all itchy. I am indeed very much alive and kicking, thanks for the concern though. Why shall we waste time when we can directly jump onto the important subject. The Attack. Boyah, how does that sound? Not all too impressive, well i was thinking the same. Yet it is what everyone is talking about. So before i can lay my focus on the upcoming match, I shall give you my two cents about what has been going on. I am sure everyone has been able to spot the past episode of Unstoppable, but i can tell you there is nothing like being involved. We were able to deliver an awesome match, although i would wish the ending could have been a bit more stylish. I do nto wanna fulfill any clichè, but then again i see certain females do exactly that. Kat. Kit Kat. You did what you thought was right, i give you credit for that. It was not what i had in mind for our future, but then again things happen while they can. Do not think i take such things lightly, but there is a time for everything. Yet is not yours. I do have other things to take care of, for now. So that is where it becomes interesting, right? Cause Managment obviously thought it was a funny idea to test my limits. How? Pairing us two up against some new blood. Aquila Vox and Marie Porter.''

She cut herself off, as taking time to think of her words. It took a lot of her strength to let go of the previous subject, but that did come with being a top player.

Shawna Martinez: ''Look girls I can see the hunger in your faces and yeah i do not speak of a literal hunger, just to make sure you understand me. Once upon a time I used to be exactly like you, well more or less. I wanted to be on top of the world and hell it was one hell of a ride. I went to places and did pretend that i was the big shot, but ladies that is where we seem to be lightly different. Cause if you like to hear it or not, I was the big shot. And at this very moment, I am back to be exactly that again. I am sure you are two talented ladies, but that does not matter all too much. You couldn't have met me on a worse occasion to be honest, really bad timing. It is one thing to get in the ring with me when I am in a good mood, but you could say someone pissed on the wrong tree. I have warned you during my time here, it was never about playing nice. Do not get me wrong i am a friendly person, people that know me will tell you that. But i do have zero tolerance when it comes to my opponents, so I am sorry to say.- but your debut match will very well end bitter. Do not get me wrong this is nothing personal, unless you decide to make it that way. After my first match in Missouri State Wrestling I am prepared for everything, honestly. So maybe you manage to surprise me, i love surprises.''

A low chuckle escaped her, her already dark blue eyes seemed to darken up even more.

Shawna Martinez: ''For the past few days people have been coming to me with the same question, over and over. Can you put all the differences aside and form a team with Kat Jones. Can you forget what has happened the past week, put a little bit of trust in your partner. Well folks the answer is, i do not know. Easy as that. I have been bothering myself with the same question and could not come for an easy answer. But at a certain point i did realize that it does not even matter, if we get along or not. This is nothing that is supposed to last, it is for one night only. And we have at least one thing in common, we both wanna win. So that is where the story becomes a sad tale for Aquila and Marie. Girls i know you have a dream, but so did Martin Luther. I do not really wanna come across as a bitch, but i simply do not care. Not cause i think you are beneath me or Kat, but I can not allow myself to ever let any weakness spread. Take you for example Marie, i find you adorable. You have that spunk and i am sure a bright future is ahead of you, but that future is not now. Do not get upset, as there will come other people you can showcase your talent against. Do you understand me? I am not sitting here and say this to put you down, which would be super lame. I am just giving you a fair warning, cause i will be aiming for whatever bodypart that holds you together.''

The truth was a harsh thing, Shawna would think to herself. She hated for what was going to happen, but then again the choices were rather limited. Running her fingers through those long blonde hair, she seemed to be back at her old self. For a moment at least.

Shawna Martinez: ''I am actually rather impressed with your personality and what not, but that will not make me change my way. I am here to prove something, not to you. Not to Kat. Not even to the Audience. I am here to prove something to myself, that all of this was worth it. So in many ways I am exactly where you are, just a bit more experienced. I have been trying to stay true to myself for all of my career, at points you fail. We all do. I did. But then again that is the only way to make yourself grow, so consider this to be your chance girls. You get in the ring with two females that have this passion for wrestling, combined with a very strong will. Despite everything that is going on between us, we are going to make you see the so called light. Look at people like Julliet Brooks, didn't she try to leave a mark? With her essay like speeches, well how did that work out? Right. You on the other hand still got the chance to make this right. You can come to Unstoppable and perform as if it was for your life, cause it very well is like that. Kat and Myself we only know one kind of speed, and that is full speed. If you do not bring your A game, then do not come. Another time i only say that cause i mean you well, never forget that. When it is about people like you Miss Porter, i got the urge to just cuddle you. And i will. But this time it will be inside a ring and you wont get too much of a kick out of it. My hugs can be rather painful.''

Another time it went quiet, as a gentle smile appeared on her face. For a moment she was thinking about something that Frank had said before, it caused her to smile more wide. Something about Hugs and broken Bones, a funny story for another time. Looking directly into the camera she lifted herself from her seat, stretching.

Shawna Martinez: ''So let me close with this, no matter what happened in the past.- it will stay there. I am not interested to hurt you girls, i just wanna get this match done. None than less you gotta keep one thing in mind, we are who we are. No matter how many camouflage you try to lay over your persona, it does never work forever. Sooner or later it will get washed off and then you will have to live with it. But i can assure you of that much, with me.- what you see is what you get. I do not feel the urge to play any games, leave alone getting inside your heads. If anyone feels that is necessary to enter the Victory Road, that is fine for me. I just think my power is better off being laid on what is really important. For this week, Aquila and Marie are important. They get my undivided attention, cause that is how generous I am. I am not someone that does worry alot but that does not mean that I do not give it certain thoughts. Like Aquila Vox. I have not been babbling about you all too much, but i is easy to tell why. You shall have the chance to settle and let the fans find out about you first. Who would I be to take that special moment away from you. I am serious about that girl, you should get those butterflies when presenting yourself to the crowd. One of these days you will be thanful for that babygirl. Just make sure it is before Unstoppable, cause if not.- then i will indeed speak for you. As in Action speaks louder than words, right? With those famous words ladies I shall say my farwell for now. She was standing very close to the camera now, so you basicly could only see her eyes.
