“So this is Missouri State Wrestling.”
[Pause.]
“This is the new era in wrestling. The movement to bring prestige to wrestling.”
[Pause.]
“The company that is going to change it all. Do what none have done before I'm guessing.”
[Smirk.]
“This should be interesting. Only way to make a bang is to include one of the best that have ever done it.”
[Chuckle.]
“You can't have the top wrestling company in the world if you don't include the man.”
[Fade in.]
“Ya gotta have Calib Wallace on the team. Because the team he's on, is the winning team. Jump aboard Team Wallace everyone, and watch it go.”
[Clears throat.]
“Time to make another company.”

“Calib, what did I tell you about using so much soap in the dishwasher. Your thirty years old, and you still can't clean your own place. You don't have money for a house keeper anymore ya know.”
[The voice is not what you may think it is. That's not his wife/fiance/girlfriend/significant other.]
“I get it. Ugh just chill out Ryan.”
[That's Ryan Cooke, his agent.]
[Ya see, Ryan and Calib go way back, like fifteen years plus back. It's like a tv sitcom their history together. Ryan and Calib were friends, then enemies, then back to being chums, then sworn enemies to the point they tried to kill each other, then business partners trying to take over a company, and now back to clients together, but still not as buddy buddy as they should for the working type relationship they have re-established.]
“I'd chill out if I didn't have to go out of pocket to fix your home. You gotta remember this isn't last decade. Were not making seven figures running roughshot in the NWA and WWA. Your not making World Champion money anymore. Hell, your not making money; anymore.”
[Calib used to be the man. Longest reigning NWA World Cruiserweight Champion in history, former World TV Champion, and one of the top in his book, being World Cruiserweight Champion and World Tag Team Champion while his partner had the World Hardcore Championship, having the duo holding three of the six major belts in the alliance. Eight regions going in the alliance at once at that point, that's a lot of people gunning for ya. With that comes great money, and that's what the Wallace camp is missing.]
[For that, Calib needs to get a job. The only job he's done, back in wrestling.]
“Yeah I get it, I'm broke. I never thought WWA would have closed it's doors a couple years ago. If they had their crap together, I'd still be paying you to keep your opinions to yourself.”
“My opinions Calib, are that your going to get your gear back on, and make some money. I'm sick of working for free. Any normal man would have left your ass high and dry. Thankfully I know your a cash cow that just needs a little milking.”
[Wallace smirks.]
“Whatever. Let's just get the plane and get me down there.”
[Cooke laughs, while shocked at the same time.]
“Plane? We sold that a year ago. Wow, don't you even pay attention to your own equities?”
[Calib gives a 'huh' type stare at Ryan.]
“I'll be back with flight information in the morning. Just get your head in the game. Oh and call Demetrius, you may need some insurance going into a new territory. I haven't done much research yet on the place, but it never hurts to have backup.”
[Like a sad boy, Calib frowns, almost as if he's doing it as a smart ass gesture.]
“Demetrius!?!? I gotta deal with you, that's one thing. I still can't stand him.”
[Ryan peeks his head around the corner, before leaving Calib's home.]
“Well get back to being, brothers from another mother, or whatever crap you guys say, because we have work to do. It's time to make Calib Wallace the king of pro wrestling again.”
[Calib gives a grin as Ryan leaves.]
“I always liked hearing that. Sometimes, the guy always has the right answer.”
[Fade.]
** ** **
“MSW, the Calib Wallace era is upon you. Hope your ready for the ride.”
[Fin.]
