Danny Stevenson sold out the company to a man that is yet to be known by the roster. He will be serving as the on-air authority figure as well. What we do know is that he's a savvy businessman with history in the professional wrestling business, primarily in the great state of California. Whomever it is has big shoes to fill from Danny Stevenson.
TALENT RELATIONS
This is a crucial job for any real company. The talent scouts, the guys who find the new talent, present them to Danny, and the guys that handle majority of any discrepancies. Danny felt this partnership would be great to accumulate talent that can put out the best show with the best talent to provide a true alternative.
Frank Washington has been in the business since 2007 but in that time he has accumulated a number of championships and amazing rivalries in his years and with the departure of Drew Stevenson from talent relations to being strictly an in-ring talent when Danny Stevenson sold the company, Frank Washington was more than happy to step in and help the next generation out.
Justin 'Giant' Rowe has been in the business for a long time, needless to say. At 44 years of age, he has long since been retired with the exception of a few part-time matches or stints here and there. Giant is a 9 time world champion with many other accolades under his belt as well. In time he and Frank came to know each other through ICWA and working at the Emerald Academy. Because of Giant's experience in and out of the ring, working as a road agent for ICWA for a number of years as well it makes him the perfect man for the job.

COMMENTARY TEAM
Alex Squared, the team of Bradford and Smith, and what a combination this is. Smith has been ringside on more than on occasion serving a managerial roll as well as on commentary prior and quickly got over with the IWC as one of the best play-by-play commentators in the business. Along side of him is Alex Bradford who is known to be quite the vocal one. He got his start in promoting and it eventually led to him being on commentary for previous other companies and has been over with the IWC for the past number of years. These two together, Danny saw to make gold as a great partnership, and make gold they shall.
More recently in season 2 with on-goings from the Capital Crew and Alex Bradford we were introduced to IC3's nephew, Dexter Irving Cornelius (DIC) to fill in for Bradford for a couple of shows. How long term this will be, we're not quite sure. But sources are indicating that Bradford may be returning to the table soon!

INTERVIEWERS/RING ANNOUNCER
Barbara Braman and Charles Mattias -- Barbara Braman spent our last season in the ring introducing our athletes and did an amazing job. And now is where she gets even more up close and personal with all of our athletes, aside of before with the occasional interview with Artemis Kaiser or Marie Porter. Charles has been on the interview/commentating side of things in the local sports for the better part of 20 years. Football, basketball, amateur wrestling, you name it and he's interviewed somebody from it, or done some form of commentary for it, whether it be writing review articles or interviewing one of the talents for the local news. Neither is afraid to 'ask the hard questions' but Barbara is slightly more intimidated being quite smaller than a handful of the talent. MSW looks for the best, and they have it.
Gavin Grey -- he has been in the business for a number of years working everywhere from ring announcing, to interviewing to commentating all across the country and he's a great asset to be picked up on by MSW and our new boss. He's got passion in his heart for everything professional wrestling and he brings it to the table to interview for us. Never afraid to ask the hard questions, or get in a wrestlers face if he deems it necessary

OFFICIALS
Mike Maddix and Derek Lay are the officials for MSW. Mike has been working the indie scene as a referee for only a couple of years but has had himself some years of wrestling training as well (as we saw when he challenged Tommy Montana for the MSW Title) making Derek our more experienced referee, but Mike has shown to be quite valuable and earned his way into the position of our senior official, reffing the big time matches. Mike was new at the start but in the year and a half that MSW was down between seasons, he worked for a number of promotions all across the country as a referee and has become more than the rookie he used to be. Now considered to be one of the best refs in the business and not afraid to tell the wrestlers to back off. He's even put on the tights a few times. Derek Lay has reffed a lot of the big matches in his time as well, so there's never say no when it comes to seeing him calling some of the big shots, as well.
Bob E. Bautch was introduced to the MSW World recently and has captured the hearts of all of our fans with his unique blend of counting! Originally just a wrestling talent that was trying to get a deal but he became a fan favorite referee in the hardcore division, including winning the title by accident! So he has been signed on to be a full time official for the Hardcore division. This is a move by IC3 in hopes to end the referee strike. And of course there is also Billy Vegas. Billy Vegas was introduced as the special First Class referee. Anytime you see a member of First Class wrestling, you'll have Billy Vegas as the official. He's seemed to have shown some favoritism in past, so when you're against First Class, be ready to have the odds against you.
