The scene is that of the apparent new residence of Robert Garland. By now, Garland has filled his warehouse with a few more chairs and a semi broken down table. Garland pulls up a chair, sitting himself down in the corner where his television set and VCR are waiting for him. Garland seems intent on watching back the most recent episode of Unstoppable. He takes out a notepad from a nearby rotted wooden desk, and with pencil in hand begins to play back his copy of the tape. His focus is specifically on any match involving The Capital Crew. After a short while, a familiar looking figure is shown exiting what would be Garland's make shift bedroom in the back of the building. She's wearing one of Garland's t-shirts, and heads over to the mini fridge looking to grab a drink. Garland pays her no attention, instead starting to write as she notices his intensity and speaks up...
Nikki Lynn - Are you really watching that again, Badger? That's got to be the third time tonight, and I can imagine it's probably your fifth or sixth time through by now. What are you so worried about anyway? You and Chris can take those guys out for sure, right?
Garland starts to chew on the end of his pencil, watching the spot where Barrel hit Silas with The Steel Screwdriver. He scribbles down a few more notes, possible counters to the move that he can relay to Chris as the two of them are set to face off for The MSW "Im"Pure Championship. Nikki shakes her head, commenting on Garland's choice of residence as Garland rewinds the tape to re-watch the high impact move.
Nikki Lynn - And why can't you get a normal place for once? You went from your old torn down gym in New Orleans to this run down warehouse? Aren't you making enough money to finally get a real place of your own again? What happened to your old apartment anyway?
Nikki sighs as Garland continues to remain focused on his studies...
Nikki Lynn - Of course, like always. You get what you want from me and then you go back to your normal self. Whatever normal for you is, anyway. Shouldn't Chris be watching these tapes with you at least? It's his match after all, right?

Robert Garland - With Frank still runnin' around like the coward that he is?! Don't mistake me, Nikki... Don't mistake anythin' that I'm doing here for anything other than what it is. Look, I owe Chris a few favors is how I see it. With the way I treated him back in The RWD, it's only right that I make it up to him by helping him get revenge on The Capital Crew. That's really all this is.
I watch his back for a bit and help him win a few championships, and all the while I get to keep an eye on Frank Washington! It's really a win for the both of us, right?! I can't belive Frank's still runnin' his mouth like he's the good guy after his recent actions. And that shitlord Wolf that's his latest runnin' mate? After hearin' about what Frank's done to me, and now seein' what Frank did to Drew? It's only a matter of time before he gets buried by Frank as well! Sooner, rather than later, I'll get my hands back on him and I'll make him admit everythin' in the middle of that ring. But right now? Right now, I have to focus on payin' back Chris for all the bad things I've done to him. It's really pretty simple. Tomorrow I meet up with him and hand off these notes. Then, come next Unstoppable, I show up in his corner and do anythin' underhanded that I can get away with to make sure he keeps the advantage. Once he grabs a win over Barrel, MSW management will have to take us serious the next time we say we want to take on the whole crew. Right now it's just the three of us, but I have an idea for a fourth, Nikki. And then? Once we take The entirety of The Crew down, I'll be back to shadowin' Frank every moment of his life.
So no... I haven't changed. But I won't let my pal Chris down. The only thing that's really been gettin' to me is when those fans cheer for me. That's the only thing that doesn't make sense. They wanted me dead last time I was around, and now they want to see me succeed? That's the one thing that bothers me the most. The treat me like I'm some soft of hero, but I'm just doin' what I think is right. I'm not a good guy Nikki, and yet they've been cheerin' me every chance they get...
Garland looks like he wants to continue to speak as Nikki listens to him open up to her. However, Garland finally quiets down, shaking off this situation and turning back to the tapes. He resumes from the spot where Barrel is just about to get his victory, Nikki walking up behind him and giving him a hug. Garland seems caught off guard, Nikki kissing him on the cheek and saying one final bit before heading back to his room...
Nikki Lynn - You say you're not a good guy... But I think you are.
With that, Nikki heads off screen. Garland wipes his cheek and seems a bit angered by her comments, but sighs out loud before forwarding the tape to Frank's big speech. Garland's eyes flare with fury at Frank's every word, leaving the viewer with the idea that maybe not much has changed after all...
