It seems like Luke Jackson took a lot of things out - of - context. Harris had no intent to make or feel Jackson the bad guy with the recent comment he made about putting a team "effort" for the Junior Heavyweight division being put on the, " MAP ". Harris though still has the knack of his superiority complex from his previous years in the business. He used to preach about people being so insecure, but recently he become a less militant about it, though still trying to win the fans over, Harris wants to clear out few set of air. He has no ill will against Luke and Harris really recommends Chris, Matt or Dick do not interfere in this match. He actually never wants any of his Alley Cats appear at all. This is not Capital Crew or First Class where he need his Cat friends to come out and help him. No this is Luke Jackson, who loves to give a fair fight and its only fitting that Harris honors it, by giving Luke a fair fight too.
LH : Luke, I am sorry that I made you look like a bad guy in all this. I didn't know I was being too harsh or rude about " i WANT TO HELP BUILD the Junior heavyweight to be put on the map ", when I first heard that line from you in your first promo towards me. It kinda trigger my old habit and might have let to big misunderstanding between us. But, we're all humans and misunderstanding is a common phenomena that happens quite a lot.
Harris was being genuine from the start. He didn't wanted to mislead Luke and he wasn't misleading him at all.
LH : You also shown concern about the Alley Cats Rule. If Matt and Orton decide to lose weight accordingly. How the two would jump in and help me to keep the title. I think Alley Cats Rule, is not about them interfering and helping me retain. Alley Cat Rule, makes us defend the title with each member of our choosing. Just like the Freebird Rule, but that rule only stayed in the tag team division. Yes, its True in the Hardcore division, we been attacking people like wild pack dogs, but weren't breaking any laws so to speak. Hardcore division has no disqualification, no count out and we share the title reign too. So if I win, technically Matt and Chris won it too.But since in Junior Heavyweight division it'd be impossible for them to share the reign with me, but at least they would feel proud of me bringing a belt into the ALLEY. If they do lose weight, then we would take turns at defending the belts, that would be it. If you don't believe it, then there is nothing I could do about it.
Harris would feel proud of a lot of things. He already takes great pride in what he has accomplished so far.
LH : And now you stating about facing the " BEST ", beating me to become the best. Sir, you already are the best at what I do ? I already established that in the last promo. I said clearly that you're the best at what you do ? beating me or losing to me doesn't change a fact that you are the BEST. We both are the best in this business. We've come from different background and went to different places but we do THE SAME thing. The thing that only we can do the best whilst rest of the bunch can't pull it off. I mean look at that high spot move you pulled off. Everyone is talking about, and did you not see how I made some of those lunatic ignorant fools beat down with tons of technicality. I am in fact pretty good being a technician wrestler, if you haven't noticed. Anyway Luke !! No matter what happens ? At Unstoppable we'll have a best match after all. I give you my word that Matt neither Chris would ruin the night for both us. So Luke, see you soon !!
