Sister Catherine. She has only had one match in MSW, and everyone is buzzing about it. She dominated Trishelle Jordan and no one has seen her in MSW since. Sister Catherine even already has merchandise available from the MSW website.
Everyone is talking about the Sanctified Warrior of God. People are creeped out by her. She expects that. That is one of the greatest flaws with the curse of her clan Nosferatu. However, at the same time, people are drawn to her like a moth to flame. People want to know more, yet when they find out, they are either confused, repulsed, terrified, or they're just plain uninterested due to how pious she is. All four of those categories fit Nikki Venom, Barbara Braman, Lainey Rae, and Jay B to a T respectfully. They may not understand now. Missouri State Wrestling may not understand now, but they will. It is a part of God's plan, afterall.
She sits in a black office chair with a red towel draped over the back. The wall to her right is bare and colored an eggshell white and behind her is a long, dark sheet. Possibly a doorway to the next room. Her legs are crossed right over left, with the Testament of Longinus resting open in her lap. She's wearing a black sweater with a white collar and cuffs, black slacks and a pair of black leather pumps on her feet. Her glasses slide down her nose as she reads. The camera appears to be at her left. There is no crimson filter. It seems that is only saved for the shows. She slowly turns a page, and the camera swings around now to her front. After turning the page, she brings her right hand up to her face to brush a lock of hair away. For a moment, it seems like her dark hair is shorter than it already is.
Her fingernails are longer now, sharpened like the natural defense weapons they are. There isn't a hint of nail polish on them this time.
"Good evening, MSW faithful. Welcome to my humble abode. It is not much, but it is necessary. The Good Lord provides, after all. Normally, it is quite dangerous for my kind to show others their Havens, where they live. However, I have no fear of doing such as I know the Lord is with me, always."
She looks down at the Testament and turns another page. "As you have seen, I have tried to convince Trishelle Jordan to follow the Lord. Instead, she was silent and eventually had to submit to God's Will. She has not been seen since and it is quite upsetting. It is quite upsetting as I only wished for her to welcome the light of the Lord." She shakes her head, brushing it off as if it doesn't matter anymore. "No matter now. Whether she comes along or not is up to God. I wish to speak of something else tonight. I am sure you have all come to expect that I would speak about one of the seven deadly sins and associate it with Ev. Perhaps if the mood strikes me, I will. We are all not without sin, however. Tonight I wish to speak about... being equal. I wish to speak about equality."
She uncrosses her legs now, keeping her knees together. "My opponent for Unstoppable #25 has already gone on record to say that she is going after the World Heavyweight Championship held by Frankie Cocheese. She likens herself to one who isn't common in the industry. A barrier breaker, if you will. She wishes to take the World Heavyweight Championship from the clutches of Frankie Cocheese and claim it as her own, even though she is a Woman." She takes a moment to adjust her glasses. "Now, this subject is not without controversy. I have been on Twitter, watching people quarrel about Women battling Men. Women besting Men for their prizes and how they wish to be equal with the men and what I am here to say is....... that is not equality."
Her expression goes blank, and she hooks her right forefinger at the bottom of the book as if holding a place in it, closing the book on her finger. "Allow me to explain myself. It is not equality not because Women and Men aren't equal, we are all equal in the eyes of the Lord. No, it is not equality because... Women like Ev, and those that believe they should combat the Men for their prize are tarnishing the Women's division without even realizing it. They believe they are breaking barriers, and they are fighting for the rights of Women when in reality what they are saying is that... a Woman's title is meaningless, we should conquer the Men's title, as if it is superior to the Women's title. Men cannot compete for a Woman's title, after all, for various reasons. Those possible reasons are a different discussion for a different time. Ev, what you do not realize is going for the Men's title doesn't make you look good... It only makes your peers look that much worse. I saw a tweet from our very own Scotty Addams during a quarrel about this subject to which he said that there is nothing wrong with a Women's Division as long as it is equal to the Men's. I would have liked that tweet, but I didn't want to be caught between a meaningless quarrel on the internet when my time is better spent fighting the good fight for the Lord."
She reopens the Testament and lays it flat on her lap now. "Maybe my words are falling on deaf ears. Maybe you don't care about how your peers look, and that could very well be the truth. However, you do care for how YOU look, to your peers. You claim to be the Greatest, after all. Though, for the greatest... it must hurt, sting, even, to make a claim and then not follow through with it, as you were bested by Emma Douglas like Trishelle before you was bested by Glint and myself. That is why I am here. I am here for you, Ev. The Good Lord is here for you. He is always here for you. Ev. Ev, the Great. Your name pains me. You are not greater than I, and I am not greater than you, for there is none greater than the Lord. As in the eyes of the Lord, we are all the same. There's an interesting passage in The Testament of Longinus. I will spare you reading it verbatim. Longinus sought wisdom, and met a teacher, who taught him all he could and instead wanted to be his Brother so they could study the Lord's word. Longinus was conflicted, however, because even though this teacher was wise, he didn't understand God's plan completely because he does not know that Longinus is damned. Damned, just like I am. Ev..."
She closes the book once again, setting it on an unseen counter or table of sorts off camera. She takes her glasses off and folds them neatly, before one would assume she sets them on the book off camera. "While you and I are Women, you and I are equals under the Lord, I... am Damned. I am Damned and I am equipped with the tools to do his word. I do not believe in resolving a conflict with violence but if it must be done, then it is God's will. This match does not need to happen if you recognize and wish to study his word. Become my Sister, like the wise Teacher wished to become the Brother of Longinus. Become my Sister in arms for the Lord, or become a foe who only wishes to sate her own greed and go after a title that is better than Kaiser's only because she, Ev the Great, thinks it is so." As her words go on, the tone in her normally soft spoken voice begins to rise. "Give yourself to the Lord, or give into your unnecessary quest for a title that you deem superior to what your peers are competing for! As I have told you, I have been equipped with the tools to do God's work, and I will do just that. I will make you realize the mistake of your narrow-minded quest when I bend your body, when I make you feel the pain that rushes through you to warn you that you need to give in or you will be broken. I will make you submit to the Lord! I will make you TAP OUT TO GOD!"
The lights go out. She is shrouded in darkness. Her pale face is seen due to her now glowing crimson eyes. Fangs then jut out from her upper lip.
