Leave me alone! I will not die! The scene starts black and slowly fades into Nikki Venom destroying the dingy dark locker room. He has already thrown the lockers to the ground and papers are strewn around the room. On the back wall there is a single monument to Nikki Venom in a maple wood frame. On one side it shows a picture of Nikki in all of his glory. He stands victorious over a foe that no one in MSW would know, nor care to know. He holds in his hand a championship from a previous company. His ribs are bandaged heavily, and he has a big smile on his face as he looks off into the crowd. Next to it in the frame is what can be described as a poster. It shows a dark, downtrodden Nikki with a mask covering his face. It is a simple while mask with slots for eyes and a yellow evening primrose on the right cheek. Layered over top of the ring's canvas is the text: "A Hero Returns To SEE!" Nikki turns his attention to the picture and smiles.
Nikki Venom pulls Jason Rider's head back and... he hits Yin's Song for a one, two three! a voice-over cries out. Nikki Venom is the new World Heavyweight Champion! Nikki slowly starts walking toward the picture. A new voice-over chimes in. Breaking news from earlier this week. Nikki Venom has apparently approached Nora Blade telling her he was requesting his leave from SEE. More on this, as the story develops. The voice-over cuts again. With the new season of SEE starting up we have the return of an old face. Nikki Venom is back!
Nikki's head twitches as he remembers a painful memory. She's calling to you, isn't she? A feminine voice whispers to him. The scene fades to Nikki Venom leaning over the edge of a balcony. Beside him is a beautiful strawberry blonde woman leaning on his shoulder. He could still remember the smell of apple-cinnamon that radiated from her hair. I never owned your heart. I love you, Nick; I always will. I've come to terms with the fact that I am your second choice...
In the memory, Nikki leans into the strawberry blonde's hair. I will come back home to you, Eva.
She smiles and snuggles into his arm. I'll be here when you come back, Nick, waiting...
The scene fades back to the locker room with Nikki in front of the monument. "I've certainly fallen, haven't I?" A voice asks to the left of Nikki. Standing there right before his own eyes is a translucent version of himself. His hair is stylistically messy contrasting our Nikki's bed head. "Look at you...Look at what I have done to myself. I have become a monster, barely able to control myself. I'm a mess. I'm on the verge of a mental breakdown in hopes of rebuilding myself in a better image." The translucent Nikki takes a few steps forward causing our physical Nikki to take a step back. "It's time I took back control. It's time I made things right." He pauses and looks at the frame. "It's time I took responsibility for my actions; and it's time I accept her passing." Our physical Nikki uses the back of his hand to wipe away the tear from the painful memory and smiles. "Don't look at me like that. It's time I did the right thing. It's time to go to Sioux City and return to my child... OUR child. You are merely an alter ego. Don't forget who's got the reins here!" The translucent Nikki tries to grab the physical Nikki who dodges, trading places with the translucent Nikki. "You wanted the girls gone; fine, they're gone. Now I am here myself to put you down like-"
"You'll do nothing of the sort," the physical Nikki interrupts the translucent. "I didn't fail, Nicholas Faucher. You did. Those girls you created failed. All I did was operate under poor management. Remember that you gave yourself up to Yin. Did you forget about her or her song that you sing? Yin; the dark force that compliments the light. Does that sound familiar to you? Fire and Water, Expanding and Contracting, Order and Chaos; all dualities that are symbolized by the light and dark of Yin and Yang. You gave yourself up to Fire, to Chaos. You watched me expand to take over this precious body of ours. You are here to take back control, but your efforts will be in vain. I'll give you an A if it helps your ego, though." He waves a hand over his body. "This body is mine now. This mind is mine to solely own. I have no place for you or those two girls." He raises his right hand which seems to be holding the Testament of Longinus. "I do not understand this, but I will put more faith in this then I would in you. You are nothing but a failure." Nikki smiles again and looks to his left at the pictures in the frame. "And as with all failures, I will eradicate you." He uses his free hand to pull the frame from the wall causing it to crash and break against the floor as does the image of the translucent Nikki. The only remaining Nikki, the physical Nikki stands smiling above the frame.
"Nicholas Faucher is dead, and I have killed him. Nikki Venom will live on in his own image." He walks over to the bench and sets down the Testament of Longinus. "Weird. I don't remember ever picking that up... or even bringing it into the locker room."
He walks to the small extension off the locker room which serves as a bathroom. There is a dingy shower with no curtain. There is a sink with a mirror above it and a dying light bulb plugged into a socket just above that. He pulls out an electric razor and begins shaving off all of his hair. The scene cuts to the end result. Nikki has a half inch of hair on the left side of his head while the right side is shaved completely smooth. He brings his hand down to put down the electric razor and hits something. He looks down and is met with the Testament of Longinus. "What-" before he can get anything else out he notices the Holy Bible on the other side of the sink. "What the fuck?" He says in hushed tone. The camera retreats from the bathroom leaving Nikki to stare at the two books.
