Unstoppable #17

Once the RAW'98 Theme song hit the speakers. The chorus of booes can be heard and once he comes out he doesn't come out alone. He always comes out with Gavin Marsters. Gavin who is always wearing suit and is carrying legal briefcase.

Gavin Grey: The Following match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, accompanied by Gain Marsters weighing 192lbs... Blake Morgan!

They will make their way to the ring with Gavin climbing up the steel steps first to sit on the middle rope to create a space for Blake Morgan to pass through.

Smith: Well we're back ladies and gentlemen. For those of you unaware Blake Morgan has been a fixture in the wrestling world for several years now. A member of the wealthy Morgan family he's spent a good deal of time wrestling throughout the States.

Bradford: I like this guy, he's got a good head on his shoulders and a lawyer that'll keep him on the right path. Logan Brock is going to have his hands full with this guy.

Smith: And that's alright with him. Earlier this week he said he wanted to take his time with Blake Morgan and one can believe there's certainly no love lost between the two. They're both the same age at 24 but Logan Brock has 7 years of experience under his belt already with even more years with his amateur wrestling background. Throw in some pankration and you got a deadly effective wrestling style.

Bradford: But does he have the best money can by? Nope. I'm sure Mr. Morgan was taught by olympic wrestling coaches and trained with some of the best trainers the world has to offer. And how do you get such elite training? Money. Logan Brock is going to find this harder than he ever imagined.

"Lifter" by Deftones hits the PA system as the lights go out with a lone spotlight shining on the stage. The crowd comes to life around the 12 second mark as Logan Brock steps out wearing a black leather jacket and black trunks with a white Venom logo on the back. He methodically makes his way down the ramp with a confident grin taking a moment to pause halfway down the ramp he points to his opponent standing in the middle of the ring, his grin only getting wider as he says something inaudible to the cameras.

Gavin Grey: And his opponent, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 207lbs he is the self proclaimed Agent of Change... Logan BROCK!

Logan Brock takes his time as he walks up the ring steps he straddles the ring apron as he pulls out a pair of imaginary guns with his index finger and thumbs on each hand as he points down directly at the cameraman at ringside. Upon firing a pair of 'shots' he spins around towards the ring ropes and steps through them, using the ropes for balance. Once in the ring he climbs the nearest turnbuckle and stretches his arms out to his sides before looking over his shoulder and hopping back into the ring. Finally he takes off his jacket and tosses it outside of the ring as he waits for the match to start.


Morgan tries to circle around his opponent cautiously as Brock followed his movements with his eyes. Morgan tries to dart towards Brock but quickly backpedals when Brock stomps on the mat and feigns a lunge right at him. Morgan circles him again and once more Brock feigns a lunge causing Morgan to back off.

Smith: Both men are looking to get a feel for one another early on in this match. Each man wants to make the first move and hopefully catch the other off guard to establish the early advantage.

Bradford: Well Morgan has Brock on edge, look at how trigger shy he is?

Smith: I see Morgan backpedaling to avoid the lunge from Brock.

Bradford: Brock is lunging because Morgan is toying with him and trying to key in on his tendencies to find an opening.

Morgan circles around him one more time and halfway through breaks formation as he goes straight for him only to run straight into a Character Assassination (shoot style kick to the head). Morgan's eyes roll back in his head as he falls to the mat. Brock backs off into a corner as the referee kneels down to check on him.

Smith: Character Assassination out of nowhere by Logan Brock!

Bradford: That was a lucky shot Smith.

Smith: Lucky or not it connected. You have to be concerned for Blake Morgan though, he's having a very hard time getting up and his eyes might be glazed over. He might be hurt.

Morgan shoves the referee away as he struggles to get back to his feet, as his legs appear to look like jello at this point. The referee tries to back him up towards the opposite corner but again Morgan shoves him away with a glazed over look in his eyes.

Smith: Stop the match, stop the damn match! Blake Morgan looks concussed, he doesn't know where he is.

Bradford: Blake Morgan doesn't want to quit though, he wants to see this match through. He wants to show that he isn't afraid of Logan Brock, he wants to prove that this isn't just some side hobby to him.

Smith: He's showing a tremendous amount of heart right now but this match needs to be stopped immediately on medical grounds. It's not worth suffering irreparable brain damage for a moment of pride. It's a sign of toughness for an injured athlete to fight through a concussion, it's a badge of pride but this isn't the 1980s anymore. You have athletes suffering from post concussion syndrome and CTE from too many blows to the head; from too many concussions.

Bradford: You're right Smith. You won't hear me utter those words very often but I completely agree with you here. Nobody wanted to see this match go down this way.

Brock shakes his head as Morgan charges right at him but falls to his knees halfway through. The referee upon seeing this throws up an X with his arms and calls for the bell as the training staff quickly rush out from the back to tend to Blake Morgan.

Smith: That's it. The fans don't like it, the training staff doesn't like it, and Logan Brock doesn't like it either. He didn't want to win this way and I'm sure this has to feel like a hallow victory to that man.

Bradford: I'm sure Blake Morgan will be back and I'm sure that once the doctors clear him he's going to ask for an immediate rematch.

Logan Brock kneels down to check on his opponent and after a few moments Blake Morgan is helped to the back by the trainers. With a somber mood Unstoppable cuts to commercial break.

Winner (via referee stoppage): Logan Brock.

The arena lights suddenly just shut off consuming the arena into complete darkness. The sudden engulfing of a massive bright spotlight shines down onto the entry area, the fans try looking through it but it is far too bright to see through it with the naked eye. Suddenly, the public address sound system comes on playing "Indestructible" by Disturbed as the stage is still engulfed in the massive light. After a few seconds, the spotlight begins fading away and the arena lights return to life as there stands Drew Stevenson with his hands on his hips just looking out nodding as these fans deafen the arena cheering him, he just begins walking down the aisle sporting his usual attire which consists of dark green wrestling trunks, dark green knee pads, boots and his hands taped up in dark green tape as well.

Gavin Grey: The following match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first... from Kansas City, Missouri weighing 250lbs he is The Emerald, Drew Stevenson

Smith: And here comes the hometown hero himself. Drew Stevenson quickly made an enemy of IC3 and was locked out of the arena after having his microphone cut off to start last Unstoppable.

Bradford: I can't believe all these sheep are cheering for this man just because he decided to suddenly be a “better person” after losing everything. How fake can you be?

Smith: My personal feelings aside he didn't deserve what happened to him on Unstoppable 16. He was here to share a moment with the crowd, to get something off his chest and address the hometown crowd. As a contracted employee of MSW he has that right to be out here.

Bradford: You should know that better than anyone shouldn't you? He broke your best friend's leg and he beat you to a bloody pulp once upon a time. Do you honestly think a man like that is suddenly going to turn over a new leaf? Give me a break Smith, you may be a fool but you're not stupid.

Smith: If you want to be technical he was working for your “hero” IC3 at the time.

Bradford: Everyone makes mistakes! Mr. Cornelius had no idea he had employed a bloodthirsty tyrant. Drew presented himself as a man of class and he took advantage of IC3's generosity and big heart.

Smith: Big heart? Someone is definitely on the payroll. Regardless the past is the past and anyone that's known Drew Stevenson can attest to the personal turmoil he's currently going through. He's admitted he made plenty of mistakes, he's shown remorse over his past actions and he's certainly paid the price of unchecked avarice. Drastic changes like these will either break a man or he'll come out stronger and an overall better person for the tumultuous journey. People can change, I've seen people do terrible things and later redeem themselves. As long as his heart beats he has a chance to turn his life around. He deserves that chance.

Bradford: And you deserve to have the wool pulled over your eyes one more time.

He begins walking down the aisle until he gets down to the ring, he quickly rolls into the ring from under the bottom rope immediately getting back to his feet just pacing the ring simply awaiting for the bell to ring thus getting this match underway.

Lights go out in the arena. A single howl rings out among the audience. They go silent. The lights fluctuate softly between the dark hues of midnight blue and an off white. White mist radiates from an unknown area, basking the stage. A solitary light dimly shines. From the mist comes Peyton Kaiser. His head is turned to the ground, not daring to rise to the audience. He stands solemn on the stage, clenching his hands again and again, gaining a feel for reality. The soft theme, "Nightcall" by Kavinsky, sets the tone nicely. The boos from the crowd are calm as the song itself. The psychological effect the song bears made the audience obey it subconsciously. The Last Hero, as he calls himself, makes his descent down to the ring.

Gavin Grey: Introducing next, from Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, Canada weighing 223lbs he is The Last Hero, Peyton Kaiser!

Smith: If there's one mystery surrounding MSW since our return its... what exactly happened to Peyton Kaiser?

Bradford: He got stronger! He's no longer that starry eyed rookie that dreamt in bubblegum, rainbows and sunshine. He's seen life for what it truly was, his brother Cameron enlightened him, his sister Artemis I'm sure had a few bits of sage wisdom for him. He's finally embracing his place as a Kaiser and Kaisers are meant to conquer. He is the Last Hero but he's the Hero MSW needs but doesn't deserve.

Smith: This is unsettling if you ask me. To see someone fall so far and become so... jaded and corrupted.

Bradford: And yet he wants to face the real Drew Stevenson and not this fraud that we have in front of us. Say what you will about his new world outlook but he has the right attitude if you ask me.

Smith: Didn't you just get done condemning Drew Stevenson? How can you now be praising the man he used to be?

Bradford: I never condemned him, I'm calling him a fraud for trying to fool everyone with his new leaf garbage. There's a very big difference!

Smith: Why aren't you on Capitol Hill instead?

Bradford: Because Nancy Pilosi is afraid I'd take her job, and with good reason.

His walk is slow and contained. The energy he once had even in his villainous days were gone. Now, he saunters on with an almost zombie-like walk. Once he reaches the end of the rampway, he takes off the hood of his jacket. A lost look washes over his face. Yet, his face remains slightly obscured, keeping his viewpoint distant from the audience and the at-home viewers. He slides eerily underneath the bottom rope, before stopping in the center of the ring. He remains there for a moment, and then cracks his neck. He begrudgingly gets to his feet before waiting for his match to begin.

"Run of Show" hits the speakers. The arena lights start flashing in red and purple, as Red and Purple Shade skip their way to the entrance ramp. Both Shades have wide smiles on their faces. Red Shade raises his hand in the air with his index finger extended, while Purple Shade puts his thumb up and thrusts his arm in front of him. The two of them skip their way down the ramp and slide into the ring, both Shades getting onto different turnbuckles to do their signature taunts. Out of the air, Blue Shade descends down to the ring, his cape spread

Gavin Grey: And finally, making his way to the ring first, accompanied by the Purple and Blue Shades weighing in at ...

Gavin Grey trails off, unable to read the rest of the index card.

Gavin Grey: … he is The Red Shade!

Bradford: And if you ask me this is the favorite to win the whole thing! Red definitely wants a measure of revenge on Peyton after foiling the Shade's attempt to win the Tag Championships. I know the betting odds aren't that kind, they have them at +2200 odds but you better bet the farm that he's going to make a few lucky men very rich by the time this match is over.


As the match starts Red darts his eyes to Stevenson and and Kaiser and quickly runs over and tries to club both of them with a few elbow shots and punches in rapid succession. Stevenson and Kaiser apparently form a short truce as they begin to double team Red as they alternate punching him in the head. Stevenson and Kaiser then whip him to the ropes. Kaiser connects with the Lights Out to Red causing him to spin around right into a release German Suplex. Red rolls out of the ring in pain and regroups with Purple and Blue as Kaiser hits Drew Stevenson with a running lunging polish hammer, catching him by surprise as he returns to his feet.

Smith: What a suplex by Drew Stevenson! He executed that beautifully after the setup from the Lights Out by Peyton Kaiser.

Bradford: And that polish hammer was even better! Peyton Kaiser literally just took all the wind out of Drew's sails there. But they both better watch out for Red, he's not going to forget that double team stunt they pulled off on them. Peyton Kaiser made the wrong choice by making a very brief alliance with Drew. That'll come back to bite him sooner or later, mark my words.

Kaiser quickly makes his way to Drew's body and begins to repeatedly hammer down on him with a flurry of punches to the head. The referee calls for a break pointing to Stevenson's close proximity to the ropes but Kaiser ignores him as he continues to hammer down with blow after blow after blow. Finally the referee begins his 5 count as Kaiser manages to stop right at 4. Kaiser gets up stiffly like a corpse as he glares menacingly at the referee before he begins to stomp on Stevenson repeatedly before transitioning to a rope assisted foot choke.

Smith: This is absolutely disgusting. There's no reason for this!

Bradford: Peyton Kaiser said he was going to bring out the real Drew and kick his ass too. He's got to do it someway doesn't he?

Smith: This is a wrestling match, not a street fight! He's trying to choke the life out of him.

Bradford: He has till 5. He has till 5. 1, 2, 3, 4; nope, still legal. It only becomes illegal on 5 and like it or not you can fact check that in the rule book.

The ref furiously calls for a rope break and again Kaiser relents on 4 before walking towards the referee with a look of malice in his eyes but before he can act on it Red springboards back into the ring and hits a surprisingly effective dropkick on Kaiser sending him to the mat.

Smith: Where did Red come from?

Bradford: The Realm of Shades? Haven't you ever checked their wikipedia page?

Smith: Thank you Einstein. I was just pointing out that Red just literally splashed himself back into the match.

Bradford: The Shades are brilliant at this. They sucker you in with a false sense of security and then they strike when you least expect it. The tides are turning and everyone else better watch out!

Red manages to quickly follow up with an equally surprising flurry of blows as he mixes in a multitude of chops, slaps, jabs, kicks, and throat thrusts before running up against the ropes and with a burst of momentum hits a front dropkick that carries Peyton straight out of the ring and onto the mat. Purple grins in glee as Blue is eating a buttered and salted pretzel with a hearty laugh. Red throws his arms up with his thumbs extended only to get rolled up by Drew Stevenson. 1, 2, Kickout. Red looks furious as he slaps the mat and charges at Drew as he catches him with a belly to belly suplex. Red slaps the mat with both hands this time and gets up again as he goes for a crane kick only for Drew to counter with a T-Bone Suplex. Red still refuses to give up as he goes for a hi-lo kick combination aiming for Drew's head before following up with a quick low sweep and finally manages to connect on the sweep after missing the high kick. Red quickly pounces on him for a pin only to get a 1 count. As Red sits up however Drew springs the The Gem (Katahajime) on him like a well placed trap.

Smith: Drew Stevenson with The Gem! This one might be over!

Bradford: That's a choke! He should be disqualified immediately!

Smith: It's an MMA move and if it was illegal the referee would be calling for a clean break.

Bradford: Now you're Drew's cheerleader all of a sudden, do you ever stop to think for yourself?

Smith: I'm just calling the match although that's rich coming from someone on IC3's payroll.

Bradford: We all are genius! He owns the company. I'm just doing what I'm paid to do, and you should to if you know what's good for you.

Red squirms furiously, seemingly ready to tap as the referee is suddenly yanked out of the ring by Peyton Kaiser who quickly slides back in and rains several vicious elbows to the head of Red before headbutting Stevenson repeatedly to break the hold. Sensing the end was near Kaiser picks Stevenson off the mat as he looks to hit a (A Shot of Nightshade: Lifting Single Underhook DDT / Bloody Sunday) but the Purple Shade hops up on the ring apron to distract him while the Blue Shade sprinted over to the ref to complain about the salt to butter ratio on his pretzel on the outside. Peyton quickly dispatches Purple as he eats a Lights Out as he turns his attention briefly away from Stevenson who falls back to the mat. Red meanwhile uses this time to regain his footing as he reaches into his trunks with his back turned before doing his best hadoken impression straight into the face of Peyton Kaiser as he turns around.

Bradford: ANOTHER WRESTLING MIRACLE! Somehow, someway Red is on the verge of escaping defeat by calling upon the power of the Realm of Shades!

Smith: For the last time it's just flashpaper Bradford. Blue is very hastily trying to get the ref's attention back to the ring now. He's telling him to get ready to count and ring the bell. Red is trying to roll Peyton over and go for the pin but he couldn't get to him quick enough.

Bradford: Veteran move by Peyton Kaiser. He seems to be in a lot of pain clutching his face from the fireball. He went to the safety of the outside of the ring and Blue looks furious.

Smith: Drew Stevenson is up now and he's stalking Red from behind. He's looking for his moment and if he can pull this off there'll be nobody to stop him.

Bradford: No Red, turn around!

Smith: FINAL CONFLICT! STEVENSON HITS THE FINAL CONFLICT! He's got him in the center of the ring and he's hooking the leg!

Bradford: Not this way! Come on Red! Kick out!

The crowd goes wild as Drew Stevenson hits the final conflict on Red and goes for the pinfall. The sold out crowd counts along with the referee as their hometown hero looks to secure victory. 1, 2, 3!

Gavin Grey: Here is your winner... Drew Stevenson!

Before Stevenson is able to leave the ring, 2 uniformed gentlemen representing the Missouri Sheriff's Association was walking down the path- before stopping at the foot of the ring and behind them was another, this man had on a black colored suit and a pretty bad hair-do. In his hands was a stack of white papers stapled to each other all as he had a microphone in which he put to use.

"Mr. Stevenson I told you this day was coming. By failing to provide an accurate physical location, Sheriff Rogers and Sheriff Hamilton wasted four afternoons attempting to serve you the petition of an order of protection."

The man speaking was named Eugene B. Varano, he popped up on Twitter soon after MSW reopened and was involved in several back and forths with Drew Stevenson and Drew's associates over the legality of recent happenings. He represented IC3 and made no qualms over making sure to protect IC3's brand and image to the fullest extent of the law.

Eugene B. Varano: In front of your people, did I not request your physical location on February 4th? Did I not request again shortly after midnight on February 5th to which you decided to play foolish. That's fine, I'm glad you did- see because that same petition? It was filed on February 1st in circuit court by myself on Mister Cornelius' behalf and when you failed to answer the court's call on February 10th at 9:30AM, you gave up your right to defense.

Smith: Wow, what is he talking about?! What summons?! I, like Drew thought this was all a bunch of hot-air!

Drew looked on from the ring totally puzzled at what was going on.

Eugene B. Varano: I persuaded Mister Cornelius to follow up with the courts after the last broadcast of his show where he felt intimidated and unsafe in your presence. So while you were on social media attempting to repair your broken self-image, we were in court and the honorable Judge Delores Amerson accepted the Order of Protection granting Mister Cornelius peace of mind for the maximum amount of seven years from you, Drew Stevenson.

Bradford: IC3 beat Drew in court, ha! How the mighty have fallen!

Smith: Wait.. Wait.. An Order of Protection!? So that means..

Eugene B. Varano: Because I know you're a simpleton, I will make this as easy as possible for you to understand. Because of the default judgement, you are prohibited from being within 300 feet from Mister Cornelius, his place of residence, his property and sub-petitioners including his children and myself, because I filed on his behalf. Which brings me to your MSW contractual agreement...

Smith: .. as I thought...

Eugene B. Varano: If you read the agreement as provided, any litigation null and voids any and every right that protected you in your contract. You are free to seek open employment else-where after you fulfill the specific number of dates agreed to upon signing and until then you are to remain in Missouri State Wrestling considered "on-call." Also, when your contract was null and voided, you gave up your right to perform in a professional wrestling ring in the arena, which is property of Mister Cornelius.

Smith: .. wow.

Eugene B. Varano: You look confused Drew, so here... If and when Mister Cornelius decides to have you part of Missouri State Wrestling? It will be at a time of his choosing and it will NOT be in this arena. You will be subjected to fulfilling the pre-arranged specific date amount, which I do not have on me at the moment anywhere 300 feet away from Mister Cornelius or those the Order of Protection represents. And because you are currently breaking the 300 feet stipulation, these sheriffs will escort you out and away from the arena. This is your property Mister Stevenson.

Smith: H- How could IC3 stoop this low?! Why would he do such a thing to pile on the already troublesome events in Drew's life?!

Drew was angry.. but not in a loud way. Rather, the look on his face gave off what everyone needed to know... he knew that he had been beat this time. Varano handed the paperwork to the sheriffs as they entered the ring- the paperwork was handed to Drew as Varano lifted the mic once again.

Eugene B. Varano: Due to the fact that I am an attorney, I will wave certain rights- like being a third party. Because this is a business, I understand that communication is key, so I had the Order of Protection to exclude myself on communication based purposes only. You are not to, in any way, shape or form speak to or about Mister Cornelius or his children. If you have something you would like to say, as long as it is about Missouri State Wrestling I can act as Mister Cornelius' proxy, otherwise breaking that stipulation will result in arrest. Thank you, good night.

The crowd was absolutely floored by Varano's words as he turned around and made his way back up the aisle, disappearing behind the curtain. The sheriffs looked to also be stuck between a rock and a hard place as they didn't want to embarrass Drew in front of the Missouri crowd but they needed to do their jobs. As Drew willingly left the ring, one sheriff stood to the left- and the other to the right as they made their way to the back.

Smith: What does this mean for Drew Stevenson's future in MSW?

Bradford: It means Drew Stevenson got served a huge piece of humble-pie. Mister Varano did attempt to warn Drew in regards to this.. Drew instead decided to want to give him the run around and look what happened. He has no one but himself to blame for this.

Smith: This is beyond professional wrestling Bradford- IC3 is now attempting to ruin Drew's life.. even more than is already is!

Bradford: The scales of justice.. The scales of justice.

Smith: Absolutely.. Sickening...

After the conclusion of Molly O'Hatherine vs Kat Jones the camera cuts backstage to the locker room. Duke Andrews is sitting down taping up his wrists for the upcoming tag team match later tonight. A moment later Phoenix Winterborn walks in. The two frenemies stand face to face as Winterborn has a grin on his face.

Phoenix Winterborn: You ready for tonight?

Duke Andrews looks up as he continues to tape up his wrists and finish his perpetration for the match.

Duke Andrews: You know I am boy. ICE thinks he can throw his weight around just because he bought the company from Drew's Uncle Danny. He thinks he can have his pet poodle lawyer run his yap with all these legalise threats and shut down the Emerald Academy? He's got another thing coming and tonight we're going to bring it to DODO Delsin and that puppet Tommy Angel.

Winterborn: Dodo?

Winterborn gives Andrews a bit of a perplexed look as Andrews rips off the tape from the spool he was applying it from.

Andrews: Yeah, you know. A dodo. He likes to call himself the DO – Dead On, Delsin Oswald. You know, the flightless bird that went extinct because it was too stupid?

Winterborn: I know what a dodo is.

Andrews: It's time that we start to take MSW back to its roots and it starts here tonight. We're going to go out there, whoop some ass and send these cooperate stooges packing back to Silicon Valley, Hollywood, or wherever the hell it is these vultures came from. Lets go out there and win one for the fans, win one for Danny and Drew and most importantly... lets kick some ass!

Winterborn and Andrews shake hands as the crowd cheers.

Winterborn: The Tradition isn't dead yet.

With that MSW cuts to commercial.

The bell rings and both guys end up in a tie-up, Halvard having the size advantage and showing it with a bit of overpowering of Jack but that is until Nomad flips it around and gets a headlock on and keeps it wrenched in real tight leaving Halvard with not a whole lot of room to do much. But that’s when instinct kicks in and Halvard ends up turning the headlock into a big back drop with a big >THUD< from Nomad’s back landing on the canvas. A quick pin by Halvard but Nomad kicked out at one. Vinter to his feet, official Derek Lay backing him up while Nomad gets to his feet. Kneeled, Halvard approaches Nomad but caught with a vicious elbow backing up Vinter. Nomad approaches Halvard quickly and forces him into the ropes, taking his right hand and placing it across the side of Halvard’s face with some pressure and the referee is in calling on the five.

Smith: These two had an interesting back and forth leading up to this point, and this is the style that we've come to learn that Nomad is all about: that very in-your-face, smash mouth style. But if he doesn't let go of the hold soon, he's going to get himself disqualified!

Bradford: I did do a little research here on Nomad. Turns out he beat up an entire bar of jack-offs on his way through Missouri just because he could. He's a trouble maker, but he knows how to finish every fight he starts. Vinter I don't know about, but Nomad is showing that style right here and right now.

Smith: Wait he did what? He beat up an entire bar? When did this happen?

Bradford: Don't you worry about that, Smith! Pay attention so I don't have to do your job and my job!

Smith: What is your job exactly?

Bradford: To make you look good because I'm so damn good at what I do!

Smith: Well the referee is counting now, he's at 3!

He gets to 4 and Nomad is backing up, and sneaks a quick rib jab in on Vinter’s ribs. Vinter off the ropes and the two face to face talking smack. Then Vinter goes in with a jab to Nomad’s ribs with a left and then a strong right elbow strike to the side of his neck knocking him down and another cover but only two. The match continued on like this with a strong back and forth game between the two with neither man wanting to give up anything in this fight. But things got turned around, Vinter taking control with a big spinebuster on Nomad, or so he thought. The Farooq style spinebuster was countered into a DDT which was then turned into a choke hold that the referee was attempting the break up with the five count; once Vinter was able to get his foot on the bottom rope when it looked like he was struggling a bit. To break it up, Nomad then rolled him over and a cover but only a two with Vinter kicking out.

Smith: Now, Nomad is typically a bit weaker when it comes to submissions, but it looks like after Duke Andrews exploited that last time, he's adding a bit of submission to his repertoire, but he couldn't hold it for long before he turned it into a pin but only a two!

Bradford: That's what makes this man so dangerous, Smith. It's not just the beautiful Nyx at ringside, but it's the idea that he's so adaptable! He learned from his mistake that almost cost him and now he's using it to beat up his opponent! It's brilliant! And Nyx isn't too bad to look at either.

Smith: First calling Molly Irish, and now talking about Nomad's wife when you just said yourself he beat up an entire bar because he wanted to. I think tonight you have a death wish.

Bradford: I'm First Class insured. Nothing can happen to me.

Smith: First class insured?

Bradford: Absolutely. Anybody touches me they get the Stevenson treatment.

Smith: I swear you just make up stuff on the spot every time.

Bradford: Lies and slander.

Smith: Oh come on! And now he's in the officials face because Vinter kicked out! This man... I don't even know how to describe him but.. oh, Vinter has a roll up! This could be it... no! Submission! A boston crab applied to Jack Nomad!

And just as Smith had said, Nomad is in Derek Lay’s face just to get a quick roll up from Vinter but that roll up is quickly turned into a boston crab. Nomad not being the strongest in terms of submission is finding himself a little vulnerable until Nyx gets on the apron to distract the referee enough for Nomad to get to the ropes. Rolling between the ropes, Nomad on the apron and as Vinter approaches he gets shotgunned across the top rope, almost like a stunner but dropping Vinter's throat across the top rope and Nyx hops off the apron. Nomad now in control and taking Vinter to the corner by his head. A couple of strong elbow and knee strikes, and Nomad starts to take Vinter up to the top rope where it’s high ground for the big guys and Vinter sits on the top.

Bradford: Things are about to go boom, Smith! Hit the deck!

Smith: A very precarious position for these two power houses as they're headed to the top rope where quite literally anything can happen! But no! Vinter is still in this as he shoves the approaching Nomad off of, and out of the corner!

Nomad attempting to climb up himself just to get shoved back. Vinter jumps off looking for an impactful elbow but is caught and blocked by Nomad who spins around, hooks Vinter’s head and with a nasty forward snapmare driver that he calls the Spine Jacker, Vinter is down. After a tough battle back and forth between the two, with almost no give from either man, Nomad makes the cover and takes the win with Vinter getting the shoulder up just after 3. But it was too late and the bell rang. Nyx ran into the ring to celebrate with her man.

Smith: Vinter so close but just a split second too late with the kickout as Jack Nomad takes it here tonight showing impressive skills from both men! Something tells me we haven't seen the last of these two going at it.

Winner: Jack Nomad

Party Rock Anthem hits and Jay B enters the arena when the music starts, jumping and dancing as he stands at the entrance admiring the fans. He then makes his way down to the ring slapping hands with the fans.

Gavin Grey: The Following match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Las Vegas, Nevada weighing 220lbs he is The Party Rocker... Jay B!

Bradford: Call me a perfectionist looking into every single detail but what the hell does the B stand for! Jay what? Jay Bronson, Jay Bronco, Jay Bullwinkle? Jay Bromankowski?

Smith: What does it matter? Prince isn't actually a prince, Michael Jackson wasn't an actual King, Kanye isn't a real musician.

Bradford: You take that back!

Smith: My point is it doesn't matter what the “B” stands for, it's a ring name.

Bradford: Someone clearly is showing their bias in musical tastes.

Smith: I'm allowed to have an opinion on music, it doesn't effect my ability to call the action unlike someone else at this table... sitting right next to me.

Bradford: Well he better hope that the “B” stands for Better here tonight because I don't see how he could top the Purple Shade. As much as I respect Artemis Kaiser the Kaiser Dynasty nearly ate a defeat and a championship loss because she didn't take The Shades seriously.

Smith: Well I can't disagree with you on that point, The Shades nearly pulled off the upset of the century, it goes to show on any given night. Jay B vowed to not make the same mistake and promised all of his bros and hos that he would deliver a victory here tonight.

Bradford: Bros and hos? Are you shitting me?

Smith: That's what he calls his fans and they embrace it. See Jay B isn't known as a Party Rocker for nothing. He's all about having a good time with his fans, to let off a bit of steam with his fellow rockers after the weekly grind that is work.

Bradford: That's utterly ridiculous... bros and hos... do people have no shame?

Smith: I'm not going to judge the man for what he does on his off time, he has the right to do whatever he wants with it. I do know when that bell rings he'll give it his all. Jay B has been underrated for that very same reaction Bradford and he's made many opponents pay for thinking he was nothing more than a clueless dude-bro.

Bradford: Listen to yourself Smith, you sound ridiculous!

Smith: Learn the lingo and use it appropriately.

He rolls into the ring and goes to the center of the ring and dances to party rock anthem and then fist pumps and pyro comes out of all four ring posts.

"Run of Show" hits the speakers. The arena lights start flashing in red and purple, as Red and Purple Shade skip their way to the entrance ramp. Both Shades have wide smiles on their faces. Red Shade raises his hand in the air with his index finger extended, while Purple Shade puts his thumb up and thrusts his arm in front of him. The two of them skip their way down the ramp and slide into the ring, both Shades getting onto different turnbuckles to do their signature taunts. Out of the air, Blue Shade descends down to the ring, his cape spread

Gavin Grey: And his opponent, making his way to the ring first, accompanied by the Red and Blue Shades weighing in at ...

Gavin Grey trails off, unable to read the rest of the index card.

Gavin Grey: … he is The Purple Shade!

Bradford: Well if Mr. B was hoping for an easy night he's sorely mistaken. The Shades have been chomping at the bit to redeem themselves ever since their tragic loss on the last Unstoppable.

Smith: No doubt that Purple is going to give it his all. I'm sure all three of the Shades are eager to get back into the victory column after nearly stealing the tag titles.

Bradford: Stealing? How many times do I have to tell you? Red wasn't cheating, he conjured a fireball from the Realm of Shades. It was a sign of divinity, a Wrestling Miracle!

Smith: It was a piece of flashpaper and a lighter, there's nothing mystical about it Bradford.

Bradford: Stop being such a Scrouge! You just don't want to believe!


Purple immediately darts for Jay B who wisely sidesteps out of the way as he watches Purple rebound off the ropes. As Purple tries to tackle him Jay B quickly catches him by surprise as he connects with the Party Rocker (Brogue Kick). Blue quickly spits out his popcorn and Red's eyes nearly pop out of his head in shock as he quickly jumps up on the apron in protest. The referee quickly attends to Red who argues that Purple wasn't prepared and ready to start. The referee isn't buying any of this as Jay B runs against the ropes and knocks Red off the apron with a Dice Roll (Broski Boot) much to the fans delight.

Smith: This one's almost over before it started! Jay B hits the Party Rocker right off the bat!

Bradford: Purple wasn't ready! Please tell me you're not legally blind Smith.

Smith: How was he not ready? He charged right at Jay B with wanton abandon and he paid the price for his gamble.

Bradford: And I'm the biased one? Red was just trying to catch the referee's attention in a show of civil protest and that juvenile delinquent hit him with that disgusting boot.

Smith: Disgusting?

Bradford: He's a Party Rocker right? Let your mind wander for just a second, you know how seedy some of those nightclubs are! Red and Purple need disinfectant! They need medical attention!

Blue quickly calls to the referee complaining not only about there not being enough butter on his popcorn but the treatment Red just suffered for trying to point out all of these flaws to referee Mike Maddix. Jay B goes for another Dice Roll, this time on Blue but Blue wisely hops off in time and throws a handful of popcorn in protest.

Bradford: You tell him Blue!

Smith: He was complaining about the salt to butter ratio on his popcorn... to a referee.

Bradford: And do you know how tragic that is?! That's like going to a movie theater and realizing your popcorn is bland, nobody goes for subpar popcorn, sometimes it's the best part of the whole movie! That is a legitimate complaint. And Blue nearly needed disinfectant too! He tried to shove that disgusting boot in his face!

Smith: The referee should eject him, he has no business disrupting this match.

Bradford: How can you kick someone out who has done no wrong?

Smith: Well, for starters he helped run distractions during the tag match.

Bradford: It was a tag team match for Christ sake! They were both legal in the match!

Smith: Only one member of a team is legal in the ring at one time. Unless it's a tornado match; which it wasn't.

Bradford: Oh shut up Ebeneezer.

The referee looks absolutely flabbergasted as Purple manages to slowly get back onto his feet, reaching into his trunks with his back to his opponent as he appears to grab a handful of... something. Jay B turns his attention back to Purple while Blue continues to capture the referee's focus and Purple turns around with a balled up fist up to his mouth and he...blows with all his might. What appears to be purple sand is blown right into Jay B's face temporarily blinding him.

Bradford: IT'S A MIRACLE! Purple just manifested this... blinding substance from the Realm of Shades! What did I tell you Smith? These guys are the real deal!

Smith: Come on Bradford. He had a pouch of purple sand hidden in his trunks and he waited for when the ref's back was turn to blow it into the eyes of Jay B, effectively blinding him. This is no different than when Sumo wrestlers would make their way to America. Some of the morally ambiguous fighters would be accompanied by by an interpreter who would throw salt into their opponent's eyes.

Bradford: For once in your life would you call a miracle when you see one? That is insensitive and honestly don't be surprised if you get a fine in the mail for violating the company's diversity policy.

Smith: How is that a violation? You're grasping at straws. It's an oldschool cheap trick; that's all it is.

Purple connects with a surprisingly effective spear as Red has by this time recovered and climbed onto the apron on the far left corner of the ring. Purple “tags” in the Red Shade Jay B manages to slowly get back up, still blinded by the sand attack. Red steps into the ring as he and Purple alternate with a series of three punches each as they both pause to dance around Jay B on alternate sides before hitting him with the fourth and final punch to complete the Double Shake Rattle And Roll.

Bradford: Red with the hot tag! What teamwork by the Shades! Jay B didn't know what hit him! Shake, Rattle, and Roll baby!

Smith: He was blinded! How could he even be tagged in?! This is a single's match not a handicap match!

Bradford: Do you see the referee telling them that they can't do it?

Smith: No... because Blue won't stop eating up the referee's attention.

Red quickly slides out of the ring as the referee finally turns his attention back to the ring. Purple seeing Jay B laying in the center of the ring thinks about pinning him but begins to stomp his feet on the mat with his arm spread wide as he begins to hop on one foot four times as the crowd chants. W, O, R, M before he drops to the mat and performs the theatrical part of the maneuver before turning to his feet and slamming down his hand down on his throat for a chop. Purple drops to the mat and hooks both legs as he looks for the improbable victory. 1, 2...thre/KICKOUT.

Bradford: PURPLE HAS DONE! IT PURPLE HAS DONE IT! PURPLE WITH THE UPSET!

Smith: He kicked out, and there's no question he kicked. The referee saw that he kicked out and I think even Blue realizes he kicked out.

Bradford: That was a slow count, that was an obvious slow count. You're not supposed to get up from the Shade Worm! Or the double shake, rattle, and roll!

Smith: I'm pretty sure that was a standard referee count Bradford. Regardless this match continues and Purple better check his head quick before he squanders another match away.

Purple gets up with a huge grin on his face. Red slides into the ring and hug-hoists his fellow shade into the air as they both parade around the ring. Blue shouts at his fellow shades to inform them that the bell did not ring but Red and Purple are too lost in their celebration to hear his pleas. Jay B manages to finally get the sand out of his eyes as he sits up to watch Red and Purple celebrating completely oblivious to him.

Bradford: Turn around Shades!

Smith: They're lost in their celebration, they have completely lost their minds.

Bradford: Jay B is a sore loser if you ask me. This match should be over!

Smith: The bell never rang. Am I going to have to put up with this ever single time we call a Shades match?

Bradford: Yes, yes you are. I have to suffer through you talking up the so-called "good guys" week in and week out. I point out the truth, I give the side you don't want to hear. And that's never going to change.

Jay B gets up and manages to slip behind them as Red and Purple raise their arms. Blue's plea is finally heard as Red and Purple slowly turn around only for Jay B to grab them by their heads. The Shades furiously shake their heads before Jay B smacks them against one another sending them down to the mat. Red tries to get up but is quickly whipped to the ropes by Jay B who slams him firmly back down with a powerslam off the rebound. Purple tries to get up next and tries to run around the ring but Jay B being the quicker man manages to catch him before he makes a full lap. Purple pleads to be let go but Jay B whips him against the ropes and knocks him down on the rebound with a flying forearm smash. With both Shades laying in the middle of the ring Jay B stands in between them and gives a hearty fist pump for the fans before he hopes over Red and runs against the ropes, hopping over him again before hopping over Purple in succession. He hops over Purple again on the rebound and lands in between them. With a shrug and a grin he drives an elbow into each of them simultaneously for a Double LVNV (People's Elbow). Blue attempts to break up the ensuing pin attempt but slips on some of the popcorn he fell before he could reach the apron as the referee counts the pin. 1, 2, 3!

Gavin Grey: Here is your winner... JAY B!

Bradford: Do over, do over! Red was not a legal man in the ring, the referee should have never counted that pin!

Smith: At this point I don't think it really matters Bradford. He pinned the legal man in legal fashion and that's all that matters. Jay B definitely showed he belongs here tonight and the crowd has welcomed him back with open arms.

Bradford: Blue should demand a rematch! This is larceny!

Jay B exits the ring and begins to fist pump with the crowd as he makes a victory lap around the ring, taking a few pauses to take some selfies with his Bros and Hos. As he makes his way around by the announce table Gavin Grey is standing there waiting with a mic in hand.

Gavin Grey: Congratulations on your victory tonight Jay B. It's been a while since we've last seen you, do you have anything you want to say?

Jay B: What can I say Gav? I'm just here to put on a show for all my Bros and Hos and do what I do best in that ring. And party. Speaking of which I invite everyone to join me downtown tonight after Unstoppable. We're going to hit up some clubs and party till the sun comes up! You're invited!

Jay B invites Gavin Grey to fist pump with him and he joins in with Jay B and the crowd for a brief celebration as MSW cuts to commercial break.

The bell sounded and Silas and CO began to circle around each other trying to get a feeler for the other. CO goes in right away shooting for an elbow but Silas catches it, scouting it well and turns it into a toss over his back bouncing CO off the mat and to the ropes. He looks perplexed not expecting that to happen and Silas taunts CO to get back to his feet and goes at Silas again but is caught with an arm drag, Silas using his experience edge to stay just one step ahead the whole time. One more attempted arm drag but CO rolls through it and with an elbow he catches Silas on the side of the head dazing him just enough to tackle Silas down and slide up into a headlock and starts to throw punches at Silas until official Derek Lay broke it up.

Smith: Very impressive by Chris Orton here tonight against Silas Romero! If things keep up like this, it's going to be interesting.

Bradford: Well Silas Romero is the knockout king, so it's only a matter of time before Chris Orton falls flat. He's nothing impressive to me yet. He didn't quite get his chance to make a name for himself here last time, but this time it's going to be different. Era of KO, baby!

CO gets to his feet with some pops from the crowd and CO keeps control for a little bit, keeping things in his favor. It took a bit with some more strikes that CO is so good at and even had Silas down for a two count at one point after a series of strong chops in the corner. However Silas didn’t go down and it took CO by surprise with the beating he was putting in so he continued. CO picked up Silas and attempted a combination strike with a right slap, then a left slap, and then a kick to the leg was attempted before the leg was caught by Silas who managed to spin CO around, wrap his left arm around CO’s neck and give an inverted scoop slam to bring CO up, which is followed by a sit-out piledriver dropping CO on his head with the Debosu Change. A cover followed but surprisingly only a two.

Smith: Well if you didn't think Chris Orton was impressive yet, he just kicked out of one of Silas' most deadly Trademark moves! He's still in this and I'm very curious to see what this kid can do!

Bradford: It's only because Silas has a little ring-rust. Give it a minute Smith, and he's going to be right back into it and knock him out flat. I'm calling it.

Smith: Well the match isn't over yet so anything can happen!

CO with the shoulder up and he used the momentum to roll over with Silas with a sit-out pin. The official counts for the pin but only a two with Silas kicking out. CO can’t believe it so he calls for the end, the Blackout which is a running bulldog. With Silas staggering to his feet, CO hooks the head and they start charging forward but Silas shoves CO off and he bumps chest first into the corner with impact. He staggers back and Silas hits the nearest ropes. Silas runs past CO hitting the ropes again and with another charge of momentum and CO turning around >BAM< a quick spin around and an elbow clocking CO in the jaw knocking him down and motionless.

Smith: And it looks like Silas just snapped right back into it, taking control and knocking Chris Orton down and out with that rolling elbow, the GKFO! 

Bradford: Called it, ten bucks Smith, pay up! Or... was that your entire pay check from last show? I guess I'll take it in installments. 

Smith: I don't think I'm going to pay you anything for making a prediction.  Oh damnit, come on Silas! You already knocked the kid down, why do you have to use the ropes?! Chris Orton can't kick out with all that weight on his body half way rolled over!

Silas goes for the pin folding CO’s legs up and with Derek Lay focused on CO’s shoulders, Silas reaches over grabbing the middle rope placing all of his body weight over CO’s legs and takes the victory.
