For those who have been following MSW and Twitter Drew Stevenson was served with an TRO on February 13th, 2016 after failing to appear in court in a case regarding Isaac Cornelius III (IC3), represented in court by Eugene B. Varano. Many suspect that this splinted in regards to another on-going case regarding the assets of the now bankrupt Drew Stevenson and in particular the Emerald Academy after a rather testy exchange causing Mr. Cornelius to fear for his life and well-being. On February 17th Drew Stevenson violated the order blatantly on social media by mentioning Mr. Cornelius which as per violation of the Social Sentinel Program landed Drew Stevenson in jail for 24 hours and put him on very thin ice, legally speaking. At the time Drew Stevenson was allowed to tweet on his phone en route to county jail which is a gross violation under the codes and bylaws of the KCPD. After an investigation and through an anonymous tip the offending officer has been suspended without pay indefinitely pending a further investigation. Sources say the officer in question has ties to the Stevenson Family but out of respect for the investigation the tipster spoke on the condition of anonymity as the news was not intended to be made public until after the full report is compiled.
