Capital Crew, better known solo as Frankie Cocheese and Barrel had things definitely look to go in their favor at Unstoppable #19 with Cocheese defeating Matt Ward, and Barrel running through Duke Andrews but because they took things a little "too far" when a couple of goons appeared to jump in on Chris Williams, to avoid any legal ramification Eugene Varano suggested that IC3 ban Capital Crew from competing at Unstoppable #20. Even though it's a known fact that Capital Crew and Chris Williams don't like either other and neither side is on the good side of First Class, it was quoted in saying that Cocheese and Williams are the two top contenders for the MSW Championship right now and if there's any chance of having a a sell out worthy main event (said with a cringe) that both need to be in top condition and the obvious attack planned out by Capital Crew will not go without consequence, thus the ban from competing for this event.
