I just wanted to post an update on how I'm going to do things as far as "announcing" the signing of new talent on the News board.
I've been trying to utilize the board a lot more, posting news as soon as profiles go up, but I see that it's not working out. Either the people end up no showing or they leave before they're booked and it looks bad on MSW's side to be promoting new talent that doesn't ever make it to shows.
So my new approach will be- unless you join and we have a 100% locked in angle for you to do- I'm holding off on announcing that signing, don't feel slighted. The process can be sped up by posting a debut of sorts on the Dev Board or contacting management and shooting us an idea of want you'd wanna do. It's a win/win as your character doesn't have pressure if you join and feel like this isn't for you- and we aren't putting up news that will never come to pass.
