The Missouri State World Champion, the premier championship of the MSW, representing the company at each event (televised and non) special appearances and being the top dog of the company. This puts a target on your back as the champion but it also says that you're the best of the best and the man to beat.
1] 15 Minute Time Limit bouts
2] 3 Rope Breaks allowed per competitor, after all rope breaks are exhausted there are no more.
3] No Closed Fists to the Face.
4] If any rule 1-3 is broken, the competitor is issued a warning first. Second is a rope break penalty, and if all rope breaks have been exhausted, the competitor will be disqualified.
5] Over the Top Rope results in a disqualification.
6] If a competitor is knocked to the outside BETWEEN the ropes, they are then given a 20 count to get back to the ring.
The Missouri State Women's Champion is the best Female Wrestler around, representing a division that puts Women at the top of the top right along side the heavyweight champion. The Women's champion represents the company at Televised and non televised events, and special appearances. She has a target on her back from women all over the country.
The Missouri State Junior Heavyweight Champion is the championship that is designed for the higher risk, faster paced action with a weight class of 220lbs and under. Adding another unique division for these types of competitors, giving them the opportunity to showcase themselves in a death defying way that's always a crowd pleaser where they're just as good as any MSW Champion, and can hit just as hard.

The Missouri State Tag Team Championships were determined through a small tournament, the champions determined at "Back to Basics 2014" and had proven to be one of the premier tag teams in the business. Being the MSW Tag Team champion means that tag teams from all over are coming for you to prove that you're the best, and to knock you down a peg. The Tag Team Champions represent the company at Televised and non televised events, and special appearances.
