I like the top one better. I like the effect of the "Game Over" by the Grim Reaper in the back. It actually looks pretty cool and adds a lot to the graphic. Also the picture of Jeff Hardy is good. It is a little dark for my tastes but I think it is pulled off fairly well.

Yeah the top looks great! I'd personally go with that one but it's your choice.
