- Downtown New Orleans, Louisiana –
The streets are flooded with numerous people on this, a late and loose Thursday night. The countless passersbys, from all walks of life, exist together as a collection of miscreants who are all enjoying their daily vices. Some of them are constantly talking up the women on street corners, some are making back alley deals with the police only a few steps away, and some are drowning themselves in alcohol while dreading their daily routines. Among the crowd are the cameras of The MSW. Currently, the crew is looking to flag down anyone that's excited to talk about the up and coming main event of the next big show: Unstoppable #9!
The first of these many fans is stopped on his way down the street, the cameraman screening him before directing him over while Robert Fields gets in place with a microphone in hand. Once the signal is given, the stage is set as the production is about to begin...
Alright… Lights? Check. Cameras? Good, good… 3... 2... 1!...

Robert Fields - Hello MSW faithful, and welcome to a very special segment we'd like to call "The Word On The Street!" Tonight, we will be presenting you with a unique tale of the tape revolving around our next Unstoppable's main event! Yes, the tag team tournament is coming closer to an end, but with four teams remaining in the brackets we are only left to wonder just which team will seize the opportunity and capture the coveted gold! And, of course, while Johnny B. and Yugo Phailous against The Apocalypse is sure to be main event caliber on its own... There is but one main event on this next show involving the newest super group of The Gentleman's Club teaming two of its members again the unlikely paring of longtime rivals, Robert Garland and Frank Washington. Both teams have made it this far with a little bit of luck, a lot of skill, and some uncanny actions, but nonetheless we are here to interview local MSW Fans in the hometown of the unlikely duo!
Fields turns to the on-screen fan, a fake smile peppering Fields' face while the local man seems passionate and ready to be interviewed.
Robert Fields - So tell me Mr?...
Preacher! That's P.R.E.A.CHER, just Preacher is what my friends call me, Mr. Suit and Tie! And, let me just say that I PRAISE the Lord above for this chance to speak my mind about this EXPLOSIVE MSW situation!
Robert Fields - Well then, Mr. Preacher. Would you like to give your thoughts on the upcoming contest?
Preacher - Son, I don't think you understood me! Just, Preacher, P.R.E.A.CHER will do fine. Fear not though, child of God! The Lord forgives his many children as we are all capable of many mistakes!
Robert Fields doesn't seem amused, the MSW crew already screening the next few possible interviewees. Noticing Field's slight annoyance, Preacher begins to address the question at hand. Preacher turns his gaze to the camera, before giving his opinion.
Preacher - The dangerous thing about this contest for Garland and Washington is not just their hunger for imposing violence on each other! These unsavory men of The Gentleman's Club are a different kind of danger! Those two new inductees, Mr's Tyler Xero and TJ Bryce are the wolves at the feet of the Devil himself! These two wolves are both ready to attack, and impress their master as they follow his every order while barking like dogs! They are panting in anticipation to please their master and will pounce on any and every opportunity to feast on the scraps of victory! They have nothing to lose and everything to gain as they look to make sacrifices to the demons in their ears and earn that next big promotion right next to that big man Daniel Bane!
Robert Fields - So, I take it you haven't heard the news that Xero will be out on injury after a recent house show accident? The staff of The MSW has just replaced him with Roman Gold as of this morning.
The Preacher, upon hearing this news, make the sign of the cross with his right hand and reaches into his jacket. The man removes an array of colorful beads with a cross on the end, kissing the cross before leaving his final words.
Preacher - Then I shall pray for those lost souls as they are sent straight into the pits of hell! Hopefully their own inner turmoil won't consume them, as it seems the Devil himself is looking to be their executioner!
With that, Preacher walks away. The next guest makes her way towards Robert Fields, Preacher stopping her momentarily as he holds out his rosary. The camera can pick up a slight request: "My good lady! Please take these beads so thou will lift up thine shirt!" This request is quickly followed by a slap, Preacher seemingly speaking obscenities under his breath as the woman walks up next to Fields. The woman is dressed in fake leather with really tall heels on her feet. Her blonde hair is cut short as she is seen both smoking a cigarette and chewing gum. Fields takes control, asking the lady her name and the previous question he presented to The Preacher.
My name? Well sure babe, the people around here call me Candy. And yes, I catch up on MSW from time to time and I wish one of those sexy brutes would come take me off the streets for a night on the town.
Robert Fields - And, what would you like to say about the current situation between Robert Garland, Frank Washington, and The Gentleman's Club?
Candy - The Gentleman's Club? Yeah, I used to work there! Right down the road from here, actually. I left because of this scary bouncer who would always try to flirt with me. Those big and scary guys are always the worst! They throw their weight around like they own the place wherever they go. Alsos, if they got a short temper? Well, that just makes things so much worse!
Robert Fields – Surely you’re comparing this man to Roman Gold’s bodyguard, Daniel Bane?
Candy – Alls I know is, they better not mess up Frank’s pretty face! Or TJ Bryce's! Think about us female fans every once in a while, alright?!
The rest of the night continues in a similar fashion, Fields interviewing any and every person that is sent his way. Some of them are insightful, while most wound up being cut form the final production.
TJ Bryce? Isn't he the World Champion?
Oh Em Gee! Roman Gold is like SO! HOT!
Was that Candy over here a little while ago? I'll come back later, I just need to go make a... payment.
As a professional wrestling journalist, I'd have to give the obvious advantage to The Gentleman's Club. Given their size and stature, compared to Garland and Frank's inability to work together, I would say the winners are already clear.
Robert Fields - And, what wrestling related publicist do you work for?
Publicist? Oh no, no, no. I write my articles on the internet! Ever hear of Gamefaqs.com?
Who said that I sold Garland drugs?!
If Roman Gold has all this money, why’s he bothering with this whole stable thing? Why aren’t he and Leo Banks just teaming up and calling people out on twitter?
So, I heard this weird rumor that The MSW is actually ran by Shawna Martinez! Can you believe it!?

With that, the camera crew begins to pack up. Robert Fields looking wore out as the staff on hand gets ready to leave. As Fields calls for everything to start being moved over to the truck, another individual makes his presence known as he heads over to the interviewers.
Is this where I'm supposed to come give mah MSW predictions?
Upon hearing this, Fields regretfully turns around and puts on his fake smile. However, upon seeing who is asking to be interviewed, Fields' expression changes as if he had just struck gold. The man is set into place, Fields calling for a final interview before everyone heads out. The cameras are once again set to roll, Fields in place as the countdown begins...
---------------------------------------------------
Robert Fields - Ladies and Gentlemen, do I have a real treat for you! While out here interviewing the people of New Orleans and getting "The Word On The Street," we here at The MSW have come across a potential important figure to help talk about the heated rivalry between Robert Garland and Frank Washington as he volunteers to give his opinion on the upcoming tag match! Mr. Tyson? Would you like to begin?
Timothy Tyson - Shure! Wah not Mr. Fields? Where should Ah even start?...
It's true that Garland was mah furst mentor and taught me everything Ah know 'bout wrassslin'! Howeva, it's also true that Garland and Ah haven't seen eye ta eye in quite a few years. Hell, Ah'm not even shure he thinks 'bout me anymore. That bein' said, Ah've been followin' his career since 'e stepped back in tha ring. Ah can't say Ah'm too proud of what 'e's been doin', but Ah can understand fully Wah he's out fer blood against Frank Washington.
Robert Fields - We have definitely been told those reasons. Garland seems to think that Washington is trying to pull the wool over everyone's eyes and then betray all the fans he's been building up behind him. Garland's convinced that Frank just doing this all as some ploy to get a bigger paycheck and to be in MSW's championship scene. Any comment on this?
Timothy Tyson - Ah can't say much about Frank Washington, 'cept that Ah don't know if Ah fully trust 'im either. 'Owever, while Ah wouldn't put it past tha old Frank, Ah honestly think Garland's startin' to realize that maybe there's no plan 'ere after all. Maybe Frank's trying ta be legit fer real this time. Tha answer ta that question, we'll only find out in time.
But tha current issue 'ere is how both of them will survive when Tha Gentleman's Club's cohesive unit opposes them. Afta seein' the way Daniel Bane took out erryone last Unstoppable, Ah fear that if Garland an' Frank can't put themselves aside this one time, they might just lose tha rest of their careers thanks to some young up and comers tryin' ta make a name fer themselves. But, ya know... Ah feel like no matter 'ow much hatred Garland may have fer Frank, an' Frank fer Garland, their pride won't let them roll over an' be stepped on bah these behemoths. Ya see, Garland and Frank are nuttier than a nutter bar! They may wanna hurt one anotha, but if ya get in their way than you will become tha target fer their anger. Didn't ya see what they did ta that group of security guards? They both know what they want and are willin' to push everythin' aside to get it.
This fight, that's right, fight, won't be about Tag Team Championships or even comradery. Nah, Ah honestly feel that when it comes down ta it, both those guys are gonna put this all aside until they've leveled tha playin' field against Roman Gold and TJ Bryce. Ah feel, when it comes down to it, their passions fer being tha best combined with their prides won't let them give this one up ta a group of power hungry egos. But, hey, like Ah said before, Ah haven't seen either of 'em in a very long time.
Robert Fields - Interesting... Interesting. Now, tell me this! Where do you feel Travis Rech belongs in all of this? What's his angle for always doing right by his client?
Timothy Tyson - Well, Rech an Boss Man go way back. They've been at each other's side fer near six long years! When it comes ta what's best fer either of them, tha other one has always had their friend's best interest in mind. That's right, friends. What they got is, barring what anyone will ever say, a tried an' true friendship. On top of that, what they got goin' is working fer tha both of them real well!
Rech fills his pockets an' Garland's got tha only person he really trusts at his back. They're a dangerous combo on their own, mind ya! Currently though, Ah'm not shure if Rech's influence is showin' more than usual. It seems like Garland's slowly comin' around ta accepting his former rival, but Rech won't let him hit that last point of acceptance. Ah not sure if 'e's good fer Garland or not, but he will, in tha end, honestly protect Garland in any path they wind up takin'. If Garland wants Tha Gentleman's Club in any type of match after this, at any location, Rech and his paperwork skills will be tha thing to make it happen.
Either way, this is gonna be one to rememba! Saddle up MSW fans as Mr. Boss Man and Tha Revolutionary Turncoat put on tha show of a lifetime!
With that, Fields once again calls for the cameras to cut. Fields looks proud of what he's accomplished here tonight, Tyson getting the thumbs up as well as the feed fades out and the stage is set for the second set of eliminations on MSW's path to revolutionizing tag team wrestling...
